Oil on 60x80cm Canvas

The painting depicts the Greek island of Spetses in the Saronic gulf in which I used to spent my summers during my childhood. The specific scenery shows the promenade leading to the old harbour of the island with the traditional architecture having been painted using red and pink hues to reflect the sunset.

A variety of curved brush strokes was used in an impressionistic style with the overall painting having been executed in oil paint on canvas.
