Oil on 40x50cm Canvas

With this painting that was first sketched out on canvas from imagination whilst conforming to the geometry of sunflowers, I wanted to create a conflicting mood that is represented by the sunflowers that absorb light with those that don’t and thus are leaning.

The painting was executed using a textured pointillism technique I have developed that brings the flowers into life.
